Medical Receptionist - Front and Back Office Float - IntraCare EVFP Chandler, AZ

Full time - Monday – Friday 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patient Check in and check out
• Greeting patients promptly upon check in and check out
• Answering Multi line phones
• Collecting co-pays and outstanding balances
• Maintaining patients' charts with the appropriate data entry, insurance information,
• Personal demographics and referrals
• Schedule patient appointments
• Follow HIPPA and OSHA guidelines
• Think ahead and streamline daily schedules
• Document efficiently with proper grammar and sentences
• Efficiently perform duties by following the daily workflow
• Back up Electronic fax /scanning
• opening and closing duties
• Have Knowledge of Health insurance
• EMR ECW
• Cover all front office call outs and vacation
• Answer the back office line
• Train Front office new hires
• Back up Fax and time off coverage for Fax coordinator
• Help with Prior Authorization
• Help room patients and do vitals
• Help with all overflow duties as needed

Education and Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Graduation from a medical assistant program preferred.
• National MA Certification preferred 
• 3 years medical office Experience
