```Job Summary```

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing/resolving various maintenance issues such as fixing minor leaks/clearing sewage backups/repairing holes in sheetrock/doing touchup paint/installing floors/etc at our apartment sites in the DFW metroplex. The ideal candidate should have his or her own tools and at least 5 years experience. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Candidates who have the capability and experience to do AC work are strongly desired. Must be EPA certified. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
