**Job Overview:**

DFW Flower Wall is seeking a talented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs and elevate their brand image. We are also looking to train the right candidate if they have an eye for design/event design.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

- Create innovative and engaging designs for various projects such as branding, marketing materials, and digital assets

- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Designer or similar role

- Some in design software such as Adobe/ Canva/other

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Upselling experience

- Strong time management skills

- Experience working with contracts

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas

- Background in catering or hospitality industry

- Familiarity with guest services and event marketing

- Previous experience in the event industry or customer service roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
