DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control services. Shift and Time: Full-Time, Evening Shift 1:00-9:00 pm

Pay: Starting at $19.00 an hour and up

Summary:

• Serve as a temporary Sign Manufacturing Lead in the Sign Shop during designated periods of absence by the Evening Sign Production Lead
• Produce traffic control and specialty signs using various techniques
• Ensure high-quality sign detailing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Sign Shop
• Fulfill retail sales orders by pulling requested materials
• Aid 3D managers in quarterly inventory tasks
• Organize, pull, package, and ship all material sales orders
• Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks when required
• Operate a forklift occasionally
• Engage in weekly Sign Shop meetings to stay updated and collaborate on tasks

Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required. Logistical shipping and receiving experience and ERP experience are beneficial.
