Position SummaryContent Creation
- Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
- Edits and develops online learning materials.
- Creates learning experiences and environments.
- Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules
- Create learning templates for different audiences
- Collecting, Analyzing & Interpreting Data
- Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
- Manages online learning communities.
- Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
- Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.
- Writes scripts for video, audio and other learning content.
- Create learning tool documents to help sales enablement, customer service and other core learning audiences
- Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align data warehouse initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to understand and conclude from quantitative or qualitative data
- Keen Attention to Detail – focusing on the details of work content, work steps and final work products
- Experience in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
- Effective professional communication skills
- Collaborates well with strong interpersonal and organizational savvy
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Understanding of web site design best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with design platforms, such as InDesign
- Familiarity with course management systems,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Background in trailer, recreational vehicle, or automotive industry is a plus
- Able to work independently, self-motivated.
- Team Player, Organized, Critical Thinker
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Project Management experience would be beneficial but not required
