Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Pastor with a desire to serve the Lord and His people.

Duties:

-Assist in or lead a variety of ministries geared toward personal interest and ability
- Assist in planning and conducting worship services, including preaching and teaching
- Provide Christian counseling and support to individuals and families
- Educate and engage with members of the congregation on spiritual matters
- Communicate effectively with church staff, volunteers, and members
- Manage conflicts within the congregation with grace and compassion
- Offer bereavement support to those in need
- Handle crisis situations within the community with empathy and guidance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bible or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution
- Ability to serve humbly, yet provide leadership and support to church members
- Knowledge of pastoral care practices

Pay: From $350.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
