Position Summary

The duties of this position are to receive cash or checks and complete credit-card charge transactions;

compile, sort and file documents; operate basic office equipment; key data into the computer; compare data entered with source documents; compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered; process all paperwork necessary for truck deliveries;

communicate delivery tracking numbers to customers, scheduling external freight with carriers and create delivery logs

Requirements

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent along with six months related experience. A general knowledge of computer applications and basic office equipment are required.
