Job Title: Citrix Engineer

Location: 100% Onsite Nashville, TN

Job Type: 6 Months

Requirements:

• Certifications in VMware, Citrix, or relevant security technologies

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy a VDI to support network and compute capacity virtualization in compliance with DoD Impact Level requirements.
• Develop virtual network configurations that replace physical networks, integrating Forcepoint's Trusted Thin Client (TTC) for heightened security.
• Architect cross-domain solutions for secure data transfers across different security domains.
• Utilize the Security Controls Traceability Matrix (SCTM) to ensure all security controls are documented and compliance is maintained through all project stages.
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) guidelines to configure system components in alignment with DoD security protocols.
• Facilitate secure access and reduce the need for multiple physical systems per security clearance by employing role-based access control systems.
• Implement thin client systems in critical testing and data processing areas to optimize operations and minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all VDI deployments meet or exceed strict security standards suitable for SAP-Fs and other sensitive operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying VDI systems, with an emphasis on security in high-risk environments such as defense or government sectors.
• Expert knowledge of network virtualization technologies like VMware NSX, Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, and Forcepoint TTC.
• Strong understanding of cross-domain solutions, SCTM, and familiarity with STIG.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams and interacting with stakeholders across various levels.
