Dexian has an immediate opportunity available for an enterprise-scale Client Management System Administrator to provide technical and functional support for our premier aerospace customer.
The Client Management System Administrator will:

• Provide Server and Endpoint patching
  
  • Server and endpoint OS and 3^rd party software patching (Quarterly/monthly/weekly as required).
  • Manage and report on patching SLA response to Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVE) severities.
  • Provide local patch testing, as well as monitoring results via various test groups.
  • Provide membership/coordination with the Patch Review Board (PRB) to ensure testing phases were successful, blackout dates are adhered to, and approvals gathered.
• Software packaging
  
  • MSI and EXE based software packages to be created/scripted for distribution in the Ivanti software portal.
  • PowerShell and Bash scripting and MSI customization for software packaging and delivery at enterprise scale.
  • Maintain patching SLA based on CVE ratings.
• Agent health monitoring
  
  • Monitor endpoints for agent health and assist with troubleshooting/repair as needed.
• Unidentified Device Detection reporting.
• State of systems reporting: Imaging, patching, agent health.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Six or more (6 ) years' experience with Client Management (or IT Service Management) Tools at Enterprise scale (SCCM, Ivanti, LANDesk or other)
• Experience with using Flexera Admin Studio and software packaging
• Script writing using Bash, PowerShell, Python or equivalent tools
• Windows Master image preparation, testing, and deployment
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systemsand support of Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016 and 2020)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Server Updater Service (WSUS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (migration in near future)
• Working knowledge of
  
  • Group Policy
  • O365 and Active Directory
  • Windows 10 Security Fundamentals
  • Workflow ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
• Demonstratable strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Nice to have
  
  • Working knowledge of MAC OS
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Cent OS/ Red Hat Linux

This position requires an active Department of Defense security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level at time of hire.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum associate degree (AA) in IT or Computer Science, required. Bachelors degree preferred.
• IAT Level-2 technical certification (preferably CompTIA Security ), required at time of hire.

LOCATION:

• This position requires daily on-site attendance in either Chantilly, VA or El Segundo, CA.

COMPENSATION:

• Dexian reasonably expects to offer $69.93/hour to $82.27/hour based on skills and experience. Additional benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, matching 401k and generous time off.

• Submit/Pass a 10-year Dept. of Defense background check, criminal history, drug screening, and fingerprints
• Valid driver's license/Real-ID with clean driver's history
• Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be extremely organized and detail-oriented, be a self-starter with excellent time-management, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Applicant must have excellent front-facing / face-to-face customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (in English), both verbal and written, to articulate details in a professional manner.
• Position may require ability to sit, stand, walk extended distances, bend, stoop, squat and lift to 35 lbs. from the floor to desktop for extended periods of time.
