Job Title: Production/Application Support Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (But must be available to come to the Tech Hubs (Pittsburgh, PA / Birmingham, AL / Dallas, TX / Cleveland, OH / Phoenix, AZ) for training purposes.
Duration: 6 months Contract to hire/Possible extension
Shift Hours: 3rd Shift- Mon-Thur 10pm-8am, ET (4 Days per week)

• Handling configuration and deployment changes.
• Troubleshooting issues on changes being performed.
• Incident management support.
