RTE: Release Train Engineer
BRP: Big Room Planning

In addition to having a strong background in Scrum, this person will need to have experience with scale (ideally SAFe).
Best if they have RTE training and experience.
I need someone who is comfortable facilitating Big Room Planning with a large number of participants and strong personalities.

Agile (Scrum & SAFe),
Scrum Master Professional
Agile Frameworks - Scrum, JIRA, Blueprint So
Scrum Master Certification

Additional Skills:
Virtual facilitation for large groups of people.
Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment.
Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level
Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product
