Job Description

Dewberry is seeking multiple Senior Resident Engineers to work on NJDOT projects in New Jersey. To qualify, candidates must have prior Resident Engineer and NJDOT SiteManager experience on NJDOT projects and possess NICET IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent; NJSAT, ACI Field Grade Technician, ACI-CCTC and Rutgers TCC. Additional requirements include excellent communications skills, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and ability to perform complex quantity and engineering computations.

Required Skills & Required Experience
    5 years' experience as Resident Engineer on water/wastewater projects
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or closely related field.
  • NY Professional Engineer (PE) License required
  • Construction Management Association of America Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
  • Excellent communications and client relations skills
  • Must have the ability to manage a large staff of field personnel and work as a team player
  • Working knowledge of project management information software e-Builder preferred
