Our independent pharmacy is currently looking for Pharmacy Technician to assist in the processing of customer transactions. The candidate will be expected to completely master the Point of Sales system through our training program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to adjust to competing demands.

Clerk Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist in all aspects of filling prescriptions.
• Greet and assist patients/customers as they enter the store
• Willingness and ability to answer customer questions or direct them to appropriate staff
• Excellent telephone and message taking skills
• Mastery of all aspects of the Point of Sale system
• Retail Transactions
• Ability to comprehend and communicate Customer Programs/Services
• Stock shelves and pharmacy supplies
• Learn product location/basics
• Clean and maintain work area
• Deliver medication to area residents
• Other General Tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
