Salary: $100K - $145K (depends on experience, education, and certifications/licenses)
Short Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a city, state, county, or government role. The Land Use Planner will analyze data, conduct research, and develop plans for land use and lead development projects. In this role you will organize speaking engagements with City Officials and Board Members.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field and proven experience in land planning or related field
- 5 years or more in community development and urban planning
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, environmental law, and transportation planning
- Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification (preferred not required)
- 2 years or more supervisory, leadership, or management experience
