Developmental Specialty Partners is Hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): Positive Change in Children Near Fresno, CA

We are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team!

-This is a remote position within California-

Responsibilities:

As a BCaBA you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Develop individualized programs for clients
  • Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team
  • Supervision includes, but is not limited to: administering or supervising assessments and observations, collecting data, charting progress, and providing parent training
  • Provide feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents
  • Provides RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements

Requirements:

  • Board certification as a BCaBA
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Pass the BCaBA® Certification Examination
  • Experience working with clients with developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
  • Current TB clearance
  • Must be located in California

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
