Developmental Concepts is Hiring a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver Near Boise, ID
- Provide supervision and guidance for participants during skill-building activities.
- Develop rapport with participants while building safe and supportive relationships.
- Maintain participant health and safety.
- Ensure a smooth transition of activities and incidents to fellow staff.
- Follow treatment plans for participants created by a supervisor.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Update participant activity logs daily.
- Become familiar with programs and data collection systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high-school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proof of car insurance.
- Reliable transportation with 2 or more seats other than the driver.
- Ability to pass a Background Check upon hire.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid upon hire.
- Ability to obtain Assistance with Medication Certification upon hire.
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.
- Pay for night shifts is $8/hour
- Pay for day shifts is $14-16/hour
- Employees working 30 hours a week or more will qualify for competitive full-time benefits.
- Mileage Reimbursement.
