Developing Minds Therapy Services is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (FT) Near Kirkwood, MO

Developing Minds Therapy Services (DMTS) is looking for a BCBA to join our team. If you are looking for a company that applies the principles of ABA not just to clients but to staff as well, we invite you to meet our team. 
DMTS is committed to providing treatment with a focus on equipping the children we serve, ages 18 months to 12 years, with the functional skills they need to interact with the world around them. In addition to 1:1 direct services and parent support services, we have openings in our social skills program and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention based early childhood program.
We follow an evidence-based approach for treatment and for training staff. With a focus on ongoing staff education as well as a work-life balance program. We promote individual work goals as part of our company growth.
Our organization is available on our website at www.developingmindsts.com. We are seeking to hire additional BCBA clinicians within the St. Louis Metro area to supervise behavior analytic therapy services for children on the autism spectrum or with related disorders, as well as parent training, and coordination of care with other providers. Service delivery may occur in the clinic, client's home, school, or community.
Behavior Analyst Duties:
  • Behavior Analysts are responsible for meeting with new clients and their families.
  • Conducting behavioral and skills assessments
  • Functional behavior assessments/analyses.
  • Developing behavior intervention and treatment plans, as well as supporting parents and other providers as needed.
  • Developing Minds Therapy Services prides itself in providing high quality therapy which includes supervising registered behavior technicians and collaboration with other BCBAs on a daily basis.
  • All BCBAs are responsible for development and ongoing monitoring of skill acquisition programs and behavior plans and completing evaluations and progress reports.
Behavior Analyst Requirements:
  • Love of Learning
  • Must currently be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Be a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Missouri
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or a related developmental disability
  • Work well as part of a team
Desired Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge of behavior reduction and skill acquisition procedures
  • Skilled with natural environment teaching procedures
  • Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
  • Experience in goal development and report writing
  • Experience with conducting training and supervision, for parents, staff and other professionals
