What You'll Do

As the Warehouse Manager for HD Engine Parts, you will oversee all warehouse operations related to HD engine parts. This role requires a balance of physical work in the warehouse and office work. 

Physical Work (70%):

  • Receiving: Oversee the receipt of HD engine parts, ensuring accurate logging into the inventory system.
  • Storing: Implement efficient storage strategies to prevent damage and facilitate easy access.
  • Inventorying: Conduct regular inventory checks and updates to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate various types of forklifts (sit-down, standing, and cherry picker) for efficient movement and organization of engine parts.
  • Picking/Packing: Manage the picking and packing of engine parts for shipment, ensuring secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
  • Shipping: Supervise the shipping process, ensuring timely dispatch of all shipments.

Office Work (30%):

  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with Headquarters to ensure punctual delivery of engine parts.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain precise records of engine parts inventory.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and discrepancies.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring they are well-trained and efficient.

Engine Part Operation: Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of HD engine parts. Collaborate with experts to understand part specifications and functionality.

Customer Service: Manage part claims and inquiries with a customer-centric approach. Promptly resolve customer concerns regarding engine parts.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations in handling and storing engine parts. Uphold compliance with industry standards for warehouse operations.

Requirements

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts (sit-down, standing, and cherry picker).
  • Experience with PDA scanner is required.
  • Experience with SAP and/or WMS program is required.
  • General warehouse management experience is required.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active involvement in the physical work required for the job is a must.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Korean)
