Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process preauthorization requests for medical procedures, treatments, and services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to gather necessary information for preauthorization approvals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, insurance policies, and company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of preauthorization activities.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical preauthorization or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance policies, and healthcare procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
