• Administering medications safely and accurately, monitoring patient responses, and educating patients about medication use, side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Conducting thorough health assessments to identify patient needs, assess health status, and develop individualised care plans addressing physical, psychological, and social aspects of health.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to facilitate communication among healthcare providers, ensure continuity of care, and comply with regulatory requirements.
