Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN. As a Non-IT Recruiter/Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals. This includes identifying candidates across a wide range of healthcare roles, such as nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff. You will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with recruitment tools, like applicant tracking systems and job posting sites
• Knowledge of healthcare roles and qualifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
