Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation and manuals for our products and services. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to research and organize complex information will be essential in this role.

Duties:
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
- Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Organize and structure information in a logical manner for easy comprehension
- Conduct research to gather technical information from various sources
- Use tools such as Visio and word processing software to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product development timelines
- Update existing documentation as needed to reflect changes in products or services

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to research complex technical topics and translate them into clear and concise documentation
- Familiarity with Visio or other diagramming tools is a plus
