Devault Refrigeration is Hiring a Refrigeration Service Technician Near Vineland, NJ

OVERVIEW:

Devault Refrigeration, Inc., is a leading industrial and commercial refrigeration contractor located in Pennsylvania that serves the Mid-Atlantic region since 1983. Devault is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Technician to deliver exceptional industrial and commercial refrigeration service, including installation, maintenance, and repairs to our respected customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent, required

· 1-2 years of industry experience

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills

· Working knowledge of equipment needed for the job

· Ability to work independently without much supervision

· Focused on safety and quality

· Manage time effectively and efficiently

· Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record, required

· Commercial and industrial refrigeration experience, preferred

· EPA certification, required

· RETA certification, HazMat certification and OSHA 10, preferred

· Must pass substance screenings and background screenings

· Must abide by employee manual and all safety policies

SCHEDULE HOURS:

· Monday – Friday: 7 am to 3:30 pm (working days/times may vary)

· On-call expectations during “off-hours”

· Opportunity for over-time

POSITION INCLUDES:

· Perform all on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test projects

· Communicate with Service Manager, as needed

· Willing to travel to customer locations

· Provide excellent customer support during field visits and dispatches

· Use problem solving skills to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

· Produce timely and detailed service reports

· Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe manner

· Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols

· Work with a team and communicate clearly

· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

· Order parts needed for repairs, if necessary

· Attend regular industry safety meetings, safety training, including OSHA training

· Ability to learn and operate required technology and applicable software on equipment including but not limited to computers, smart phones, iPads/tablets, etc.

· Perform other duties as assigned
