PositionOverview :

We are seeking a highly motivated andskilled Labor and Employment Associate to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in labor and employment lawand a passion for helping businesses succeed.

This is a fulltimepermanent position with opportunities for growth and advancementwithin the company.

KeyResponsibilities :

Provide legal advice andsupport to clients on a wide range of labor and employment mattersincluding but not limited to discrimination harassment wage andhour laws employee benefits and workplace safety

Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda pleadings andother legal documents

Represent clients in laborand employmentrelated litigation and administrativeproceedings

Assist with the development andimplementation of HR policies and procedures forclients

Conduct trainings and presentations onlabor and employment law topics for clients and internalstaff

Stay uptodate on changes in labor andemployment laws and regulations and advise clientsaccordingly

Collaborate with other team membersto develop and implement strategic solutions forclients

Qualifications :

JurisDoctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited lawschool

Admission to the state bar and in goodstanding

24 years of experience in labor andemployment law preferably in a law firm or corporatesetting

Strong knowledge of federal and statelabor and employment laws and regulations

Excellent research writing and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills

Experience with clientcounseling and representation in litigation and administrativeproceedings is preferred
