Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDISH Wireless is seeking an Indirect Account Executive responsible for overseeing Boost Mobile store territories in the Greater Long Island area. This role involves collaborating with retail store owners to enhance their business operations and ensure compliance across various store types in the assigned territory. The position entails managing projects and teams, offering coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams, and fostering relationships with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to drive performance. As the primary point of contact, you will address questions and issues at retail stores.Key Responsibilities:Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help drive performanceReceiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territoryUsing local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business sales performanceImplementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services Skills, Experience and RequirementsA successful Indirect Account Executive will have the following:Must have a valid driver’s licenseBachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school4 years of sales and/or account management experience3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management1 year selling wireless products or servicesContract or vendor relationship experience (preferred)Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environmentAvailability to promptly devise solutions for escalations during retail business hoursStrong time management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in offering sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective at working both independently and collaboratively as a team member Language:Bilingual Spanish is required Potential Total Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $80,000 - $90,000 **The range above includes commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals** **a company car will be provided** Salary Range Compensation: $62,848.00/Year - $89,815.00/Year Compensation and Benefits
