Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive will manage performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores. You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory. You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front line sales teams. You will get to build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores. This role includes a company vehicle.

A successful Account Executive will have the following:
Potential Total Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $70,000 - $80,000
**The range above includes commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals**
