Maintenance Technician

Requirements:
- Prior Maintenance skills experience.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing maintenance of the hotel including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, exterior, landscaping, etc. This includes responding to maintenance issues and needs and designing schedules to meet property needs.
- Schedule maintenance for the property including equipments, HVAC, etc. this includes purchasing supplies for facilities and departments.
- Perform inspections of the property on a regular basis.
- Manage any additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
