Deutsche Precision, LLC is Hiring a Quality Assurance Manager Near Earth, MO
- Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, tests, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
- Ensures all purchased products or components meet required quality standards.
- Develops and maintains defined procedures and work instructions necessary for first-article and in-process inspection activities.
- Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
- Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management, acting as the key liaison between the Quality Department and all other functional departments.
- Assists with internal audit activities to maintain TS-16949 standards. Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
- Maintains quality documents: PFMEAS's, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Charts, SPC and Capability Studies
- CMM utilization and program generation for part inspections, process validation, and calibration services.
- Maintains strong understanding of measurement and testing equipment: calipers, micrometers, pin-gages, digital indicators, microscopes, comparators, etc.
- Maintains calibration of measuring and test equipment and organizes basic repair and/or adjustment and servicing of measuring & test equipment.
- Provides training to all associates on quality procedures, documentation and document control. Provides continuous improvement and corrective action training where required.
- Develop and submit PPAP documents for new parts to meet customer requirements.
