Yourresponsibilities and tasks:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on export regulatory controls and other trade-compliance matters;
• Develop, implement, maintain and update the Company’s Export Compliance Manual and any other required Export Control documents;
• Proactively engage Business Units to understand business needs and export impacts;
• Develop and clearly communicate export regulatory guidance, including TSA and FMC advisement to internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop and conduct export compliance trainings internally and externally;
• Formulate export compliance policies and procedures;
• Conduct export compliance audits and identify training opportunities and corrective actions;
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations and laws;;
• Facilitate communications with government agencies and trade organizations;
• Oversee TSA Compliance program, including, but not limited to: maintaining STA documents and renewals, updating IACMS as needed (daily/weekly/monthly), managing KSMS and any other duties as assigned;
• Oversee NVOCC licensure (deugro Ocean Transport) and ensure compliance with FMC laws and regulations and standard industry practice; ;
• Conduct quarterly internal compliance audits, risk assessments, file audits for all North America branches;
• Maintain accurate audit records and related documentation;
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks;
• Keep up to date with changes to international trade regulations and laws;
• Serve as company’s Legal Ethics Officer;
• Host trainings for new employees and continuously train existing employees on various compliance matters;
• All other duties as assigned.
