Deuce Shirts is looking to hire 1-2 Sales Representatives based out of our corporate office in Miamisburg Ohio.

Sales reps will be tasked with contacting other businesses, corporations, and non-profit organiztions in an attempt to obtain their decorated apparel and promotional product business.

```Duties```
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Utilize Printavo software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through technical sales knowledge
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities

```Skills```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets

Pay: $59,921.00 - $66,149.00 per year
