DQS is looking for an experienced Plant Manager for a new automotive facility!
*Plant Manager experience in automotive or logistics is required *
Primary Purpose of Position
Reporting directly to the VP of Deputy Director of Operations, the position holder is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and overall Profit & Loss of the manufacturing site to meet the company’s overall objectives. The Plant Manager provides guidance and direction to a key management team to ensure that adequate planning, continuous improvement, on time delivery, safety, quality, staffing, training and development take place to achieve customer requirements in a timely, safe, and environmentally responsible manner. The focus of this role is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Achievement of objectives and goals in accordance with the Annual Business Plan is critical, while using KPI measurements to align the various departments with the Annual Business Plan. Adheres to all local, regional, and national legislation and regulations.
