Responsibilites:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Document technical procedures and create user guides

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Experience with Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices
