REQUIRED: 3 years of experience

Job Roles Include:

• System configuration: customize and configure Salesforce and CData Arc to align with the unique requirements of our claims processing business.
• User support: provide support and training to Salesforce users within the organization, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.
• Data management: oversee data quality and integrity, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration as needed.
• Workflow automation: create and manage workflows, processes, and automation rules to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
• Reports and dashboards: develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators, helping management make informed decisions.
• Security and access control: implement and maintain security settings and access controls to protect sensitive data.
• System upgrades: stay up to date with Salesforce releases and manage system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Strategic planning: collaborate with senior management to develop a strategic roadmap for Salesforce that aligns with company objectives.
• Vendor management: leading and managing vendors and projects that interface with Detego Health systems such as Salesforce, file management.
• Support and training: providing user support and training maximizing efficiency for users.
• SF licensing structure: maximizing spend for company SF licensing structure.
• Strategic planning: actively participating in strategic planning to align Salesforce and CData Arc with company’s objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
