$20-$22 PER HOUR

Today is Saturday and I will be conducting interviews Monday and Tuesday. If you wait until later, the position will be filled! YOU WILL BE WORKING FOR THE BEST DETAIL COMPANY IN ASHEVILLE.

· This is the highest paid detail job in Asheville, so our expectations will reflect that.

· We are only looking for THE BEST. If you’re not the best, I’m sorry but don’t bother applying.

· Complete auto detailing experience is required.

· Paid time off after working 6 months.

. You will be working in a dealership.

· 40-hour, 5-day work week with rotating weekends, ALWAYS HAVE SUNDAYS OFF

· You must have a valid driver’s license.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions in a timely manner.

* Detailers will preform an array of tasks that include, but are not limited to, washing vehicles exterior using various products, wax and buff vehicles, vacuum interior, clean upholstery & surfaces. You may be required to clean and remove grease on engine and engine compartments.

* Must be flexible and able to carry out any additional duties that may be asked of you.

Working Conditions

* This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent movement, this includes but is not limited to, bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, getting in and out of vehicles repeatedly during your shift.

* You may be required to complete work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

* You will work with and drive numerous vehicles during the course of the work day.

* On occasion pushing, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds of materials.

* You will receive detailed information through oral communications.

* Quality is key, you must pay attention and distinguish small imperfections in you and your teammates work. This includes, streaks, smudges, areas missed, etc.

* Be quick and professional in a sense that demonstrates quality and value of the customer’s time.
