Who We’re Looking For:

The Strategic Finance team is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. You will support the VP of Strategic Finance as a business partner to leaders across the organization advising on current and expected business performance. You will help to drive a rigorous planning and performance improvement process. You will also assist in preparing financial materials including board decks, investor presentations, and other executive updates with significant exposure to the CFO and other executives.

Your job will be to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and support them by: 

1) Proactively working to understand our business, our data, and to discover ways to improve the Company such as core, new business, cross-functional initiatives, strategic and prospective planning, business reviews, market trends and competitive analysis.

2) Crafting and presenting compelling narratives as part of presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors

3) This position will have exposure to many types of projects, with a focus on pushing forward the team’s Corporate Strategy efforts and initiatives

4) Lead special projects as assigned in connection with the team goals and strategy

5) Recommend best practices for improving current processes

Our Ideal Candidate has these Qualifications: 

1) Excellent communication and active listening skills

2) Ability to take ownership of and drive projects independently, self-motivated

3) Ability to think critically and make problem solving decisions

4) Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

5) One or more years of experience in Management Consulting or Investment Banking preferred

6) Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or statistics preferred

7) High level of intellectual curiosity, especially around technology

Target pay range: 85,000 - 100,000
