JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Digital Content Manager is tasked with establishing and maintaining brand and channel marketing tactics to assist in generating revenue and executing data-driven strategies for Mission Pacific Beach Resort and The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, in addition to their corresponding outlets. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content plans, coordinating social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and staying updated on industry trends to drive audience engagement and brand awareness. This role requires strong creativity, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in digital content management, including proficiency in social media analytics tools and a deep understanding of various social media platforms. This role also assists with strengthening Hyatt Hotels. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Sales, Marketing & Events and reports directly to the Associate Director of Marketing.
This is a salaried position starting at $66,560.

Editorial
Strategically plan editorial calendars with seasonal activations supporting both resorts and outlets
Review content with freelance blog writers and add links to drive bookings
Social Media
Take real-time weekly content on Instagram Stories and plan to be on the property for events/weekends/evenings on an ad hoc basis to share an accurate portrayal of the consumer and guest experiences in the present moment
Plan content calendars and schedules for all social media channels.
Conduct social audits and develop community management strategies and responses daily.
Collaborate with the Graphic Design Coordinator to create collateral for internal team seasonal programming.
Support seasonal programming across social media, website content, and digital placements.
Collaborate with the paid marketing team to enhance brand storytelling through paid social channels.
Strategize, develop, and execute content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Participate in social media educational webinars and seminars on a monthly basis to stay updated on trends. Must report back trains to leadership.
Analyze social media performance metrics
Creative Direction, Production, Multimedia Management
Plan, direct, and manage all photo and video shoots in collaboration with ADOM when necessary
Communicate shot lists and pertinent details company-wide. Direct operational areas to maintain brand visual standards
Provide real-time feedback to staff to ensure deliverables perform well
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for multimedia content
Communicate objectives and expectations to photographers
Coordinate and organize photoshoots to maintain a library of high-quality resort images
Ensure photography aligns with website content and reflects the presented product or experience
Oversee Hyatt's multimedia platforms including but not limited to HBM and ICE Portal
Work with Corporate teams to secure and ensure correct usage of necessary images for websites
Project Management/Reporting
Generate monthly reports for social media, Google Analytics, and PR placements
Support ADOM with pop up reporting metrics
Website
Manage event calendars and perform ad hoc updates on various sites (WordPress, Bentobox, Real-time Reservation, Hyatt.com, OTAs, Third Party listing sites, Third Party Compendiums, Luxury, Wholesale, Volume Group etc.).
Manage review/listing platforms with outlet descriptions, photography, hours
Identify and manage bugs or issues on all digital channels and sites by submitting support tickets and overseeing resolution
Ensure website and digital content align with company brand standards.
Edit and publish website updates and copy for all websites, including offers
Collect and build website content to enhance the online presence for various locations.
Conduct ongoing audits of websites to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, including OTA’s and partner websites, adhering to the style guide in photography and content
Ownership of launch and maintaining third party platforms that integrate with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts
