Destination Nissan is looking for a Body Shop Parts person to help support our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive parts knowledge. They will be responsible for bringing automotive parts to body shop technicians, ordering body shop parts, and checking in body shop parts upon delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Body Shop technicians with locating parts ordered
• Bringing down all required parts for Vehicle being worked on
• Reviews body estimate to check if all parts have been received
• Follows up on back ordered parts
• Returning incorrect parts to venders in a timely fashion to receive credit
• Mirror match replacement parts with damaged parts
• Pulls all in stock parts and either brings to tech or places in Body Shop staging bins
• Order parts in a timely fashion to keep constant flow of incoming part for customer vehicles
• Keep Receiving area clean and clear of incoming parts
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts
• Make sure all received parts have been billed on Repair order
• Update Body Manager with any back ordered parts or extended lead times.
• Notifies Body shop when all parts have arrived
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation: Hourly wage from $18.00-$22.00 per hour plus 1% of the body shop parts gross commission.
