Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of parts management, including inventory control, procurement, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or automotive service and possess excellent negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective parts management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of parts information into the AS400 system
- Monitor and analyze parts usage trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any supply chain issues
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the parts warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of parts
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Train and supervise parts staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and service industry
- Proficient in demand planning and procurement management
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms with suppliers
- Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
