- Assist customers in booking hotel accommodations and travel arrangements

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the booking system
- Address customer concerns or issues regarding reservations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless reservation processes
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the customer experience
