- Responsible for efficiently preparing all food items according to high-quality standards.
- Portions and prepares food items before cooking.
- Other duties include plating and garnishing cooked items.
- Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work area.
- Ensures all food items are prepared and presented following recipes, portions, and quality standards.
- Works harmoniously with all restaurant personnel to ensure quick, responsive customer service, including special requests and complaints.
- Sanitizes supplies, equipment, assigned work stations, and surrounding areas before the end of each shift.
