Responsibilities:

• Support our clinical team of Doctors, Dental Assistants and Hygienist.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Scheduling/Confirming appointments.
• Checking patients in and out.
• Knowledge and ability to discuss Treatment Planning.
• Ability to assist (when needed) with the flow of patients throughout the office.
• Work collaboratively with TEAM.
• Ability to communicate with other dental offices regarding referrals.
• Ability to communicate with insurance companies (verify insurance and following up on any outstanding claims).
• Obtain and maintain patient records.
• EagleSoft Knowledge and Dental Office Experience is required.
• Ability to preform EOD (end of day) duties and submit reports.
• Attention to details.
• GOAL: To always work as a TEAM.
• Great work Ethics (Always Punctual, Reliable and Dependable to get the job done).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
