As an entry level Production Material Handler for DESOTEC you will maintain the discharge of reactivated product movement from production to verification storage. You will be responsible for: Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality Reads production schedule, custom package specifications, product notes, safety data sheets. Conveys materials and items from production areas to other designated react areas. Marks materials with identifying information. Records amounts of materials per package. Prepares packages before putting into storage to ensure conformance to company standards. Uses computer to enter records. Drives material handling equipment to transport inventory. Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment. Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection. Contributes to division results and performance Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations May perform other duties as required. Must be able to read information through facility computer software. 6 months’ relevant work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility Forklift experience preferred but not required A can do attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
