Full time Veterinary Medical Director - Excellent Opportunity, Superior Salary - Atlanta, GA We are looking for a full time Veterinary Medical Director to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be proficient in veterinary medicine, and have experience as an Associate Veterinarian. The Veterinary Medical Director will be responsible for the overall management of the veterinary clinic, including patient care, staff management, and financial operations. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about providing excellent veterinary care. Responsibilities of the Veterinary Medical Director include:
Overseeing all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
Managing the staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the clinic
Managing the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, billing, and collections
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications for the Veterinary Medical Director include:
DVM from an accredited veterinary school
At least 5 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
