Full Time Veterinarian - Boca Raton, Amazing Opportunity

Position Summary

The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing a full range of veterinary services including preventative care, health assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries. This position requires a candidate who is proficient in DVM, Veterinarian, and Associate Veterinarian with 0 to 10 years of work experience. The Veterinarian will be expected to maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations, health assessments, and diagnostics on animals
• Provide preventative care and treatments for a variety of medical conditions
• Educate clients on pet health, nutrition, and behavior
• Perform minor medical procedures such as vaccinations and deworming
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Provide emergency care when needed
• Maintain accurate medical records for each patient
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Veterinarian and/or Associate Veterinarian license in good standing
• 0 to 10 years of work experience in the field of Veterinary Medicine
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in medical software programs and medical coding
• Strong knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and behavior
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
