Full time Regional Medical Director - Urgent Care Veterinary Practices - Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah

The Regional Medical Director is responsible for the overall medical and clinical operations of the Urgent Care Veterinary Practices in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, as well as experience in managing a team of veterinarians and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing medical policies and procedures for the Urgent Care Veterinary Practices in the region
• Overseeing the clinical care of patients
• Managing the team of veterinarians and technicians
• Providing training and development for the team
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications include:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• At least 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine
• Experience in managing a team of veterinarians and technicians
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
