Job Summary:

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality veterinary care to our clients' pets. • Perform routine surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, and dental cleanings, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate closely with our veterinary team, including other veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, to ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care recommendations.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Eligibility for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in California.
• Strong diagnostic and medical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the veterinary team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards animals and their owners.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace new veterinary techniques and advancements.
• While prior experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
