We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join our veterinary team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced veterinarian, this position offers a chance to contribute your skills and expertise to a well-established and thriving veterinary practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments of small animals, including dogs and cats.
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, injuries, and diseases, developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Perform routine surgical procedures, such as spays, neuters, and dental cleanings, as well as assist in more complex surgeries when necessary.
  • Collaborate with a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care recommendations.
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in California.
  • Strong diagnostic and medical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals and their owners.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new veterinary techniques and advancements.
  • While prior experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
