We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing to join our team as an Online Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding our company's online marketing presence across various platforms, including social media. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our products on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote products, share company updates, and engage with our audience.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly to foster positive relationships and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, GIFs) optimized for social media platforms to increase engagement and drive conversions.
  • Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) to implement targeted paid advertising campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and leverage emerging technologies and features to enhance our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer service to align social media marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for social media channels.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze data.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience or internships in digital marketing, social media marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
