- Interact with clients, colleagues and external parties to create effective, accessible, and meaningful design concepts and solutions
- Work systematically with complex business processes and align them with strategic direction
- Participate in primary research, develop insight-driven product strategies, present your ideas and facilitate workshops
- Discover together the direction your domain and industry are taking – and make sure we’re at the forefront
- Align and collaborate with other Designits, locally and regionally
- Challenge and inspire teams to deliver the best possible solutions
- A skilled designer with 5 years of professional experience in user experience or a related field
- Expert at user research, technology, information architecture, or the visual outcome of UI design… or any combination of these!
- A strategic design thinker, experienced in concept development and able to navigate and process complexity – creating clarity without forcing simplification, understanding logic and identifying patterns
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary and the drive to bring them to life
- A great communicator who's able to create a shared understanding across diverse teams, while being mindful of your impact on others
- Curious to hear different perspectives, open to change your mind and unlearn, collaborative and supportive with others
- Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who fundamentally believes that we’re better together
- Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
