Introduction:
We are looking for a front desk coordinator with an outgoing demeanor, point-of-sale experience, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task. On the job training is provided. We want a person that can provide great customer service and cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships
Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying reservation details and collecting payment
Answer and route calls, including taking messages and transferring calls as needed
Book guest reservations over the phone and in person
Confirmation phone calls
Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns
Opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Comfort with handling all forms of payment and opening and closing drawers as needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer and point-of-sale systems
